Welcome to imotionengine. By using our application, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be fair, clear, and respectful of your rights.
1. What imotionengine Is
imotionengine is a personal life mapping application that visualizes your life events on an interactive spiral. It integrates eight independent systems — including Western Astrology, Vedic Astrology, Numerology, Mayan Calendar, Chinese Zodiac, and Biorhythm — to help you discover patterns and timing in your life. An AI assistant (Brahman AI) provides personalized insights based on your settings.

imotionengine is a personal exploration and entertainment tool. Our readings, insights, and AI-generated content are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind:
- Not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
- Not financial, legal, or career advice.
- Not a replacement for professional astrological consultation.
Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions. The patterns and insights we reveal are tools for reflection and self-discovery, not predictions or guarantees.
3. Your Account
- You can use imotionengine without an account (local-only mode). No data leaves your device.
- Creating an account enables cloud sync, AI features, and subscriptions.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Free tier — core features including the spiral, all eight engines, and cloud sync at no cost.
- Paid tiers (Basic & Pro) — unlock advanced features like Brahman AI, dreams, pattern detection, and more.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no penalties, no questions.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you're not satisfied.
5. Your Data, Your Ownership
You own all the data you create. Your life events, journal entries, notes, and personal information belong to you. We don't claim any rights over your content.
- You can delete your data at any time.
- You can request a full export of your data.
- If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Our Intellectual Property
The imotionengine application, including its design, code, spiral visualization engine, AI models, algorithms, and branding, is owned by imotionengine. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from our platform. Using the service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the application.
- Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers).
- Abuse AI features (excessive requests, prompt injection attempts).
- Resell or redistribute insights generated by the application.
8. AI-Generated Content
Brahman AI generates personalized insights, dreams, and journal interpretations. This content is:
- Generated uniquely for you based on your data and settings.
- Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- Subject to the privacy level you choose (you control what the AI can see).
- Rate-limited per day based on your subscription tier.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep imotionengine available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, imotionengine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- By you — you can stop using imotionengine or delete your account at any time.
- By us — we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice unless the violation is severe.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU regulations, including consumer protection laws.
